Happy Friday you fine things! I'm thrilled to share some of Charleston's amazing shopping today. Here's the story.... So, I was downtown on south King Street running an errand. I had a little time on my hands so I decided to take full advantage of it and explore some of the gorgeous boutiques that I rarely get a chance to go into. There are new shops popping up everywhere and south King is the new "it" place to see and be seen!
My first stop was The Impeccable Pig. It's a few weeks old in Charleston, but they have 6 other stores in Texas. The clothes were cute, very on trend, well made and SUPER affordable ($50-$150)! The store is beyond precious and they have tons of jewelry too. I pulled a few of my favorites to share with you.
Just a few paces south and I was in one of my favorites, Sugar Snap Pea. If I owned a children's boutique, it would be a carbon copy of this precious store. The lovely owner, Zhenya, is always there and is always such a pleasure to visit with. I could've put a major hurting on the credit card in here (don't worry Mr. BMJ, I was good). Have a look! They even have a play area for the kiddos.
I looked across the street and saw Cynthia Rowley. I had no idea they had moved. Apparently they've been on south King since June. I have a confession. I haven't given this brand enough credit over the years and rarely shopped in the store. Well, things have changed. Drastically. I think it's my new favorite store. I know, that's a BOLD statement. I loved every single thing in there. It's a gorgeous store and the gorgeous, friendly, stylish Lindsay who works there is my new girl crush. Since I couldn't take a picture of everything (well, I could have but it would have taken forever and my phone would have died), here are some of my must-haves. Go to this store ASAP and tell them I sent you!
One last stop in Billy Reid. An oldie but goodie! It's all warm and cozy in there. Sort of like visiting an old, historic home. They have a ton of fur this season and I wanted to put every piece on and curl up for a nice cat nap on their sofa. The fur vests are to die for.
The only thing missing on my little excursion was a stop in Bin 152 for a glass of wine and a cheese plate with a friend. Oh well, maybe next time!
