Christina's Favorite Things

Hello readers! I'm Christina, the blogger behind Hungry Meets Healthy. My blog focuses on food, fitness, and fun. My posts will encourage you to eat your veggies but also high five you for indulging too.  It's all about the balance!

I was honored when Amy asked me to guest post for her while she's on vacation. I'm a little jealous of her travels -- aren't you? ;) For this post, I decided to share some of my favorite things. This list is a snapshot of what you'll find on my blog. Enjoy! 1. C. Wonder. I am fascinated with this store. From the clothing & accessories to the home & decor, there's something for everyone. It is hands down the most colorful store I've ever been in and I'm thrilled that we're getting a store in Charleston soon. I must admit I'm a sucker for C. Wonder's goods because there's a C on everything. Some of my favorites:
 2. My Silpat baking liner. I use this lifesvaer every time I cook something in my oven. You just slip it over your baking sheet, plop the food on top, and toss it in the oven. Nothing sticks. Cookies slide right off and cook perfectly! It is so worth the $20ish.

 3. Running. Aside from the gym, this has been my main form of exercise for the past few years. I've done multiple 5Ks and one half marathon. So far this year I've completed the Charleston Half Marathon and the Color Me Rad 5K.   The color run was an absolute blast!

 4. Mascara. This is the beauty product I can't live without. Like Amy, I am a junkie and have tried a billion different brands. I love a big, fat wand with lots of bristles for maximum volume. My go-to mascara that I've been using for years is MAC's Plush Lash.
A tube that I've recently fallen in la la love with is Buxom Sculpted Lash Mascara. It makes your lashes insanely long.

 5. Wine. I'm certain that Amy would not let me guest post if I, too, wasn't a fan of the juice. Though I'm not yet drinking baby mama juice (no churn here!), I'm drinking single gal juice. Dating is tough, ladies, and at the end of the day when I don't have a boyfriend to snuggle up with, I have my wine. Oh, boy, does that make me sound like a lush? ;) My very favorite red is Baileyana Pinot Noir.

If you've enjoyed this post, feel free to stop on over to Hungry Meets Healthy for more shenanigans. Enjoy your vaca, Amy! Muah!
