Cyber-Stalking

Hey there!  Did ya miss me?  I was going to write this post yesterday, but Cinco de Mayo got the better of me.  We had a fun filled weekend of parties and no time for blogging.

Anywho, here's a list of things I've been cyber-stalking while I should have been crossing off the tasks on my to-do list.  Oh well, they'll get done eventually, right?

1.  I've always wanted a Chanel boucle collarless jacket.  They're so timeless, classic, and gorgeous.

They're also around $4000-5000.  Not gonna happen.  I found these two lovely substitutes:
J. Crew

Banana Republic
2.  I already own this in pink, but I've been in need of a white linen blazer this springter (combination of spring and winter we've been having this year):
J. Crew

3.  I'm loving the ripped jeans trend.  I tried on a pair in Rome that 10 too many rips in them.  They looked a bit trashy on me.  I'm thinking a lightly ripped pair is where I need to start:
Paige Denim at Nordstrom
4.  I've been waking up with some seriously puffy bags under my eyes.  I've increased my water consumption (I don't like water and never drink it but this weekend I was drinking about 8 liters a day) and my puffiness has increased.  Boo to that side effect.  I'm drinking it to look better, not worse.  Duh.  I've heard good things about this under-eye cream and think it may help my dilemma:

5.  I found the perfect throw for my chaise lounge chair.  It's this Moroccan Wedding Blanket.  Have you seen these?  OMG.  They're luscious.
Calypso St. Barth
It's dying to be draped over this chair in my house:

Well that's all I have on my list for now.  I'm sure I'll be adding a pair of shoes and a pocket book soon. I'll keep you updated!  Do you make lists of things you'll probably never buy, but dream of owning?

p.s.  Why do I drink Baby Mama Juice?  Because Baby Girl is FINALLY into princesses.  She's been carrying around mini Cinderella and Snow White dolls and a princess wand all weekend.  We watched Cinderella twice and Snow White once.  Hip Hip Hooray!  No more Elmo on repeat!  Is it weird that I still thoroughly enjoy watching princess movies?

  1. At least you're watching princess movies with a child. One night my friend and I drank a bottle of wine and watched The Little Mermaid...at the end we cried and couldn't decide if it was the wine or that the movie was just so good. I get the worst puffy eyes after a night of drinking and will lay with a bag of frozen peas over my eyes the next day. It hurts though. Apparently tea bags or any creams with caffeine work.

  2. Hooray for princess movies!! I need that chair/lamp too. Swoon. I like that blazer, but I need some sun before I could wear it.

  3. I love princess movies- Sterling likes them too:) I have been dying for a Mexican wedding blanket for the foot of our bed. Adore it! and ive got dark circles to rival your puffy eyes. If you find good eye cream share the wealth. I just ordered the Rodan + Fields one I will let you know if it works.

  4. Come decorate my house!
Princess movies. I can recite most of those darn movies! However, I have both worlds-boy movies might be a little worse? Maybe? They are violent sometimes (in a PG way).

    Miss you!

  5. I have a pair of ripped jeans from Banana Republic and love them. Looking forward to the review on the eye cream. Are you going to do one of those before and after shots? You have always been a fashion diva and always look great.
