I try to be a good blogger friend every chance I can get.
When a good friend discovers an amazing product, she shares it with her friends so they can get in on the action, right?
Thought so. Here's the scoop....
I'm a hair person. If I get a bad haircut, I cry for days. I never leave the house without my hair "done." I don't like the way it looks in a ponytail, so I wash and either straighten or curl it every day. That means I've tried a ton of products in my day.
The humidity in Charleston is fit for a rainforest and blonde hair is the worst with frizziness and flyaways. I don't like to put a million products in my hair, but I need something that's going to combat the weather and help my limp locks look luscious!
I stumbled on a magazine article the other day about a few brand new hair multi-taskers that are truly changing the hair game. I can't for the life of me find that dang article, but I remembered a few of the brands: Kerastase, Living Proof, and Pureology.
I went to Ulta in search of said products and found the Pureology Colour Fanatic Treatment.
This is what it does (21 benefits to prime, protect, and perfect):
- Hair Color Protection
- Leave-In Conditioner
- Hair Detangler Spray
- Blow Dry Spray For Quick Drying
- Moisturizer for Dry Hair
- Low Porosity Hair Care
- Weightless Conditioner
- Hair Cutting Lotion
- Split End Treatment and Prevention
- Hair Breakage Treatment from Everyday Brushing and Combing
- Hair Fiber Product
- Repair and Protect Heat Damaged Hair
- Shields Against Environmental Damage
- Hair Smoothing Treatment
- Silky Hair Treatment
- Seals Hair Cuticle
- Hair Moisturizer Spray for Reduced Dryness
- Anti Frizz Hair Spray
- Reduces Hair Static
- Hair Refresher Spray for Restyling
- Hair Shine Treatment
It's also completely free of Parabens, Salt, DEA, Mineral Oil, and Drying Alcohols.
Wow, that's a mighty long list and some mighty big claims. I have to say that my hair is noticeably different. It's softer, shinier, smoother, less frizzy, and dries much quicker. My ends don't feel like straw any more. I'm having a best hair day every day!
Ulta sells it in a travel size so you can try it out without investing $24. Try it out and let me know what you think!
p.s. Why do I drink Baby Mama Juice? Because I decided to go with a boring, white bedskirt from Target for Baby Girl's big girl bed. I had high hopes of finding a colorful striped one but no luck in that department. The bedskirt that matches her PBTeen sham (that I incorrectly monogrammed like a dummy and they're fixing for me out of the goodness of their heart) is sold out. Her bed needs more umph but it's not going to be in her bedskirt. Suggestions? Maybe a striped blanket at the foot of her bed or this furry snow leopard blanket?
