Friday Funnies: Ballet Edition

I took ballet for 14 years as a child.  It was an enormous part of my life and one of my greatest passions.  I was even a student teacher during my high school years.

I regret not continuing to dance in college and adulthood.  I've tried to get back into it for years, but it's hard to find classes for adults where I live.

In celebration of finding an adult ballet class yesterday and taking my first lesson in years, I give you ballet Friday Funnies:

p.s.  Why do I drink Baby Mama Juice?  1.  Because our Master Bathroom is featured on A Thoughtful Place's Friday Eye Candy today!  Go check it out!  2.  Because my legs are complete jello today.  Ballet kicked my booty and I can barely move.  I may be a bit out of shape....  Have a fabulous weekend and see you next week!

  1. I went to high school with a sweet lady named Melody, who goes by both Melody and Missy. She works at Daniel Island Club (fitness instructor?). Melody, as she went by in h.s. took ballet all of her life and even (pretty sure) went to Coker College on a ballet/dance scholarship. I would bet you she teaches adult ballet! I am sure you already checked with DI Club?
