Let's Get Personal

Last week I was tagged by one of my fabulous Charleston blogger friends, Shelby, to participate in a fun quiz that's getting passed around the blogosphere.

In order to be a blogger, you have to love putting your whole biznass out there for everyone to read.  I'm a blogger (or pretend to be one while my daughter naps every day) so I was thrilled at the opportunity to get personal with my peeps!

FAVORITE FLOWER?

Tulips are so perfect and mark the beginning of Spring which I'm always ready for after the dreary, cold months of January and February.

MOST/LEAST ORGANIZED SPACE IN YOUR HOME?

Ha!  Well, pretty much every space out in the open is very organized and tidy.  Pretty much every closet is a crazy, unorganized disaster that needs help!

WHAT BOOK HAVE YOU READ RECENTLY THAT REALLY MOVED YOU?

When I was little, my family visited my Granny, aunts, uncles, and cousins several times a year in Ohio.  We had a family tradition of watching "Gone With The Wind" and eating pretzels and Wendy's frosties.  I pretty much had the movie memorized because my Uncle is profoundly deaf so we watched it in closed captioning.  I decided to finally read "Gone With The Wind" and its sequel, "Scarlett."  The books were even better than I imagined and were special to me because I treasure the movie.

WHAT DISH ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO AT THANKSGIVING?

Since we're being complete slackers this year and going to the Country Club for Thanksgiving, I'm not sure what the spread will include.  I'm sure, though, that they will serve stuffing.  It's my favorite and I hope it's nice and savory.  I'm a stuffing snob.  I'm weird, we've already established that.

HOW DO YOU TAKE YOUR COFFEE?

Cappuccino with skim milk s'il vous plait.

WHAT DO YOU MISS MOST ABOUT HIGH SCHOOL?

Where do I begin?  How long of a list can I make?  I loved High School.  I had a wonderful experience and an amazing, close group of friends that did everything together.  We had some killer parties.  Ahhhhh.  Those were the days.  Nineties music is a huge passion of mine because it brings back so many memories.

MOST MEMORABLE CONCERT?

I saw Mumford & Sons in Rome last March.  Enough said.

HOW DO YOU UNWIND BEFORE BED?

After drinking a glass of Baby Mama Juice and watching my latest TV show addiction, I read my Kindle in bed every night.  It helps clear my head and settle me down.

DOTS OR STRIPES?

My gut reaction is dots, but my closet is full of stripes.  Maybe I need a shopping spree?!

LAST MEAL?

I made ground turkey tacos last night with homemade guacamole.  Yum!

And since I'm supposed to add a question....

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CITY?

Mine is a tie!  New York City and Paris hold equal places in my heart for different reasons.

Now to pass it on!  I tag Caycee, Natalie, Tammy, Heather, and Whitney.

p.s.  Why do I drink Baby Mama Juice?  Because I crossed 1 item off of my "To Do" list.  Only 9 more to go before Saturday night!
