Delirium and a Must Read

I'm going to take a pause and knock on wood, but I think we're all cured of bronchitis, we're home for several weeks, and we're working on recovering from travel exhaustion.

I was so tired yesterday, I think I was delirious.

We were in Ohio for a total of 37 hours and 15 minutes.  We flew out Friday afternoon and flew home on Sunday.  We attended a party Friday night and Saturday night for Mr. BMJ's father's 90th birthday.

The hotel we stayed in was uber cool, but was on the "party" street in downtown Cincinnati.  They had live music, screaming drunks, and drag racing (no exaggeration) until 3 am.  I got about 3.5 hours of sleep both nights because the crazy kids were up bright and early both mornings.

Then, when I finally got home to my wonderful, quiet home and had the chance to go to bed early (after Game of Thrones, of course), I stayed up all night finishing this book.

Oh that book.  What a sweet, sad, story.  If you haven't read it, do so ASAP.  I read it in 2 days and was so sad when it was over.  I may or may not have woken up with my eyes almost swollen shut from crying.

Who wants to go to the movie premiere with me Thursday night at 9pm?

I'll bring the tissues.....

p.s.  Why do I drink Baby Mama Juice?  Because another thing that keeps me awake at night is the fact that I'm not able to reply to everyone's blog comments these days.  I'm so so sorry and I'm trying my best, especially if you ask me a specific question.  I used to take pride in always replying, but life is a little crazy lately.  Please keep commenting and thanks for reading.  I appreciate it more than you know!

  7. Feel your pain on a whirlwind weekend trip, but I know adding 3 kiddos to the mix made it 100% more crazy. Love, love your step-daughter's maxi! Half-way through TFIOS and know I'll be so sad when it ends (physically and mentally from what I've heard!).
