I have the easiest, yummiest, healthiest recipe for you today.
I've been getting very creative while trying to add some excitement to this diet/cleanse I'm doing.
All ingredients in this dish are approved by "The Ultra Simple Diet" which means that they're good for you!
You can eat this by itself or as a side dish.
I've had it twice this week and am thinking about making it again tomorrow.
It's just that yummy.
White Beans With Rosemary
1 can of cannelini beans, drained and rinsed
1 sprig of rosemary, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Add 2 tablespoons to a medium warm nonstick skillet. Add the drained and rinsed beans to it and cook until warm and slightly browned. Add the rosemary, salt and pepper and combine.
That's it! It takes about 10 minutes from start to finish.
The only thing that would make these beans taste better is a glass of BMJ. That's finally happening again in 2 days.
p.s. Why do I drink Baby Mama Juice? Because I'm not pleased with this diet/cleanse at all. I'll have a full update on Monday once I'm completely finished but so far I feel worse and haven't lost a dang pound. I don't know how that's possible, but sadly it's true. I feel so bad that I had to get my infusion today rather than next week to try to feel better. I don't want this dang disease to ruin my birthday next week. I'm hoping that the pounds will all drop off on the last day. Positive thoughts!
