Progress in the Scale Department

I mentioned weeks ago that I had a little weight loss secret that I was planning on sharing.

I waited the entire 60 days that I was using this product to make sure I gave it a full, honest review.

My reason behind starting it was to lose that extra 10 pounds that keeps hanging on, despite diet and exercise.  I think that the combination of being almost 40 and the fact that I'm a walking blob of inflammation is making it harder to lose weight than in years past.

This is my theory about "goal weight."  I think that people should set a 5 pound range.  Everyone fluctuates between 3 and 5 pounds depending on water retention, time of the month, etc.  Also, it's a good idea to weigh on the same day every week, first thing in the morning, after going to the bathroom and in your birthday suit.

My range was 126 - 131 pounds but my goal is to weigh 120 - 125 pounds.

After taking Plexus Slim every day for 60 days, my range is now 124 - 127 pounds.  I lost an inch each around my waist, midsection, arms, hips, and thighs.

While that isn't a huge difference, it's definitely improvement.  The most important change is that my clothes fit better and my stomach is bulging out of every shirt I wear.  I definitely lost my "pooch."

Another great benefit is that my hypoglycemia issues are completely gone.  I don't crave sweets at all and I don't need to snack because my appetite is suppressed.  This makes sense considering it was originally developed by two physicians as a product to decrease sugar consumption in patients with diabetes.

It doesn't contain any stimulants so I don't get the jitters at all.  I honestly haven't experienced one single side effect from it.

Plexus Slim is a pink, sweet tasting powder that you mix with about 12 ounces of water.  You can also take the "Accelerator" or "Boost" pills for added weight loss.  I'm not a fan of the way it tastes (it's super sweet), but I gulp it down and it's over with in a few seconds.  There aren't any meal replacement shakes or strict diets so it's as easy as it gets!

I'm pleased with the results and will probably stay on it during the holidays.  It's too easy not to.  After that, I may move on to Isagenix, depending on where my weight range is falling.  I really just want to try one shake to see how it tastes before I invest the money....

If you want to order Plexus Slim, let me know and I'll send you the information.  I'm not selling it but I know someone who is and you can use her "code" during checkout.  A month supply is around $85 before shipping.  Click here for more information.

p.s.  Why do I drink Baby Mama Juice?  Because I've been feeling guilty about my blog lately.  It's been a struggle just to crank out 2 posts per week.  I've been crazy busy, Baby Girl is demanding even more attention from me, and I've been exhausted and feeling yuck in the evenings.  I still love blogging and I still want to connect with all of my reader friends and fellow bloggers.  I'm still trying to read all of your blogs as much as possible.  Please forgive me for the radio silence.  It's not you, it's me....
